Women’s Committee was adopted by the I.A.M. Grand Lodge Constitution on January 1, 2023, for all local lodge to adapt in their By-Laws.
Our Vision is to empower our IAM sisters to be strong and committed union members. To encourage our IAM sisters to run for office and support candidates that uplift women. IAM strives to keep our sisters informed of health, social and economic issues facing today’s society. We wanted to help provide a resource for education and networking opportunities for all members.
