Classes were held this week at the Local Lodge for our newly elected and appointed Shop Stewards. Taught be expertly trained District Educators, these Union Stewards received knowledge to help them better protect our members rights on the job.
These stewards learned the fundamentals of being a Union Representative such as Member Rights, Steward Rights, and Grievance Writing.
